??? I wasn't being sarcastic. I guess we need a "sincere" tag.

Oh, well yeah, you're right and she's wrong.
Her Only Living Son shouldn't have doubled down on the demonic toenails, they could have left out that shot of the kid's feet —- which felt like a joke.
Yeah, I was surprised by the assessment of The Box as the weak entry — I thought it and Kusama's were the best ones. I figured that their placement as the bookends meant the film's producers agreed.
Ahaha, that scene in Yellowbrickroad where the guy gets his leg(?) ripped off was a miracle of low budget vfx. Bizarrely compelling movie though, I liked it.
Yeah! When I was watching this film, I was thinking "wow, she really reminds me of that girl from the old Peter Jackson movie". I didn't even know she was still acting. You'd think Winslet could help a girl out once in a while! Lynskey was great in this btw.
Like Katie said, the thematic similarity is accidental and even less barely there than this review would have you believe. Only one of the shorts (Kusama's) is really "about" motherhood.
I was pretty disappointed to learn they weren't involved anymore. Been interested in them since coming across American Mary on Netflix.
I just watched her last night in Bonnie & Clyde, for the nth time. Man, she has got presence and then some.
Holy Motors is good but Mauvais Sang is on another level. Highly recommended. It's one of those films I feel angry about not seeing earlier in my life; Carax is woefully underappreciated, at least until very recently.
You could play that game all day with this fine film. It is a lovely, lovely movie to watch unfold its many pleasures.
Oh man, I really need Stephen Chow to get his groove back and give me at least one more Shaolin film again. I still laugh just thinking about the final cook-off in God of Cookery.
Same guy? Yeah, Triangle is actually pretty great and has a couple of really shocking images worth watching for. I loved that one.
Whew, that is wild stuff.
So, what's the best one? You need to rank these.
Basically, although there's also a lot of hair tentacles. Katie is crazy btw, this is a C, C- at best. I recommend skipping to the last 30 minutes if anyone absolutely needs to see this.
My last boss had one, they are truly gentle giants. He'd bring it to the office and you knew because it sounded like a pony trotting down the hallway. If you wanted to knock over someone's printer, you just had to call her from across the cubicles. Lovely dog; it's a shame larger breeds have such short lives.
Dang, that was entertaining, thanks.
I wasn't really paying attention or maybe I'm just stupid, but I assumed that the girls and the psychologist (as well as the other guy from the beginning) were other personalities, that it was metaphorical for his struggle to gain control. Or was that just misdirection? It doesn't make a lot of difference, I suppose.
This is actually a great idea. Sounds like a Rick & Morty ep.
