It is, ETron GT starts at $99,900 here in the US.

Prices on this article aren’t correct, per Audi USA: E Tron GT starts at $99,900, Premium Plus at $108,000 and RS at $140,000. Still expensive, but not what is quoted here.

I purchased 3 new BMWs in 5 years, I won’t be buying any more while this is their design language.  So while they are all excited about 20% of people liking the new design language, they are going to be losing regular customers in droves, the ones that actually bought vehicles.

The 12volt is still there, even without the smoker’s package, so all you really gain/lose is the little door.  (Source is my ‘20 Cayenne)

My 2017 Audi S6 had ash trays in the rear door armrests, no lighters though.  I always assumed it had them since it was actually built in Germany.

Neutral:  yes, I bought a new car this year.  Mostly back in forth over email, had to go in to finalize options before order locked, then in to sign paperwork and pick up my car (I could have had them bring it to me, but decided against it).  Masks and tons of hand sanitizer, everything was set up for social

Not going to dump on you more than has been done, but it is a bad take.  If you are a white male, you honestly have no idea how women and POC actually are treated when applying for jobs.  Let me give you an example, I am a woman, and a car nerd, I am always asked to “prove” myself as men just cannot imagine a woman

No worries at all, not very many women commenting on car sites.

I be a good lady, kind sir...  But I will enjoy it, if that is what I decide to go with, weighing it against the Panamera Sport Turismo E Hybrid.  I almost went Lava Orange on my Cayenne, and the Mamba Green is so nice.

Going to look at the Taycan Cross Turismo as my next vehicle.  I believe they are unveiling that sometime next week.  Spy shots look great, and it will be an electric station wagon.

EV Macan is already planned for 2022.  Their E Hybrids are also amazing.

Hired an electrician to install the 240v plug.  No way am I going to mess around with the wiring in my house and risk a fire.

I live in TX, my house is valued at $420,000.  The lack of a state income tax means that property taxes are outrageous and sales tax is 8.25%.  I am sure that surprises you, but TX taxes you for everything you own, not what you make.

WILCO resident here, happily voted almost a straight ticket dem (our local mayor changed from an R to an Independent and has been good for my ATX suburb).  Way more Biden/Harris signs than Trump in my subdivision as well, a huge change from 2016.

Under the Trump tax plan, I would actually have to pay more, due to the SALT deduction limit of $10,000 (which is less than my yearly property taxes). The only reason I am almost breaking even, is that the Child Tax Credit, the thing that I had never qualified before previously, due to making too much money, had the

They don’t actually deter, what they do is require 100% payment on any options above a certain threshold when you lease.  They know they will not make money back after a certain point on CPO lease returns.  Problem is solved by purchasing instead of leasing.

It depends on where you are going to finance through. 1.95% on a 5 year loan on my Cayenne. Granted it was only $115k, but the credit union only cares about repayment ability, and we could have financed the entire amount ($0 down) at that rate if we had wanted to. I am not in a position to plunk down $200k on a

I bought my first (and only used) car when I was 19 years old.  This was in ‘97 and it was still $6300.  I was making $20,000/year at my job at the time, but that was still 31% of my income.  Cars, decent cars, haven’t been cheap for a long time.

I agree with you the average person probably cannot tell the difference in driving dynamics. While the interiors on Kia’s and Hyundai’s are definitely nice, if you spend much time in either you will start to notice they aren’t luxury levels of nice.  Compared to a Ford/GM/Honda, yes they are the same or nicer, but
