2nd gear: Another Chinese startup? With 20,000 cars sold, how Xpeng-sive are they?

Forget the Y-fighter. The X-fighter will always be the best.

GM didn't fail on the launch. They failed in the studio.

This. Plus, in spite of this website's constant pounding of the Explorer launch, that hasn't stopped people where I live from snapping them up like Krispy Kremes.

1st gear: complete baloney. It’s well known that the big 3 put all of their tech into trucks and SUVs. They are what sell, and are no less equipped than anything else out there. Unless you count Merc’s air-freshener infused HVAC. Which is stupid, and just exists to say they have new tech.

Does anybody need 1000 ft-lbs of torque in a pickup?

“California, they don't know what they're doing. I've got good people. They tell me air is good. I don't know. I'm a good reader. I know all about CARF"

New 'Vette. Because product placement.

M&M's. I love M&M's.

Staab.

All hamlets get bulldozed and redeveloped into strip malls.

I want that. The fact that someone did this to an Aztek is both genius and crazy. I'd so drive it.

He’d fail. He’s obviously insane.

Well, he can’t store them at home anymore. Might as well keep them in another country.

Bet you most of the Jalopnik staff wasn't even alive then.....

But let’s be honest here. ‘90s-’00s Cherokees are hardly collector worthy. They aren’t rare, and better ones can be found that need far less work. Something with a bent axle and body damage should realistically be junked. If you’re going to be forced to fix stuff up, they should at least be worth the effort.

The only real difference between the two is that the check engine light isn't on in the new one.

There's a 7-11 with pumps that I use just a couple blocks away. I always pre-pay, so I never go in. Except last time I needed my receipt. Between the bakery cookies, fried chicken, and potato wedges, it smelled better in there than any fast food joint.

A real sleeper.

My Ancient Elantra had corrosion in both front control arms. Hyundai replaced both for free on a recall (which is a form of warranty) even though the car was 15 years old.
