Just get a trailer for the kayaks. Then whatever vehicle you eventually end up replacing the Fpace with down the road you won’t need to worry about your restrictions either, and you wouldn’t need to get another rack.

I’m not familiar with Cars & Bids but I know from using BaT if you as buyer don’t meet reserve you’re off the hook. It also removes any and all protections BaT offers including unwinding the sale in case of misrepresentation if you don’t make reserve and negotiate a deal outside BaT.
