I really hope his gun stance is not what stops his election, I don’t know how strong the gun lobby still is. His platform makes me so hopeful...

My wife already signed up to canvass for him. My fingers will be firmly crossed until election day. 

Couldn’t be, other than a cop. Illegal for anyone to carry. But yes, it NEVER helps to have more guns in a dark crowded shootout...

Yah, this was the part of the story that still makes no sense to me... (well, the whole story makes no sense, but) Hard to get in Maryland, and he drove down with it? Checked it? Does he have a FL carry permit, or reciprocity? Illegal to have in a bar no matter what.

I really really hope this goes before November, but I do believe that Muller won’t indict anyone within 60-90 days of the election. He does not want to be seen as trying to influence an election. So hopefully more is coming out in the next few weeks.

I live in FL, cannot wait to vote...

Right. Personally I don’t like him, and agree we give too much credit to these kind of folks in general, but McRaven has a VERY loyal following not just in the military but in the SEAL/SOCOM world specifically - they love him. This matters. 

What you say is indeed true, but McRaven is LOVED by the SOCOM/SEAL community. Him saying this matters, Fox ignoring it shows that.

Duh. I was just pointing out that private insurance does not a fast ER make. 

I was even looking for some of that American v-twin aesthetic and could not bring myself to buy a HD. My Vic is far from silent, but much quieter than most Harleys (and all of the chopped muffler sport bikes that scream around town). “Throaty” is fine in an exhaust, but there are certainly limits past which it sucks.…

Either that or just cutting out the baffles (takes less than 10 min). Yes, they are indeed quiet from the factory.

Happens here too. My sis is an ER doc, she has seen 22+hr waits. Our ER’s get clogged up by people who cannot get basic (cheap) preventative care, forcing them to be treated in the most expensive way possible.
