I live in Outlaws land, but your are right. 1% clubs have learned to keep it clean on the street for the most part, they run legit businesses as cover (all the strip clubs here) and keep the other stuff as hidden as they can. Better gang to have around than Crips or Bloods or MS13 or whatever.
