That's about the same range as my leased 2018 i3.  In 1 yr and 10k miles I've had to abort 0 trips due to range.  Daily commute is no more than 60 miles, if we have to drive further just take the Town and Country (which I hope to replace with a VW microvan ev in 2ish yrs)

I drive an HD diesel. I looked at F250s (my first choice if I had unlimited budget), Silverado 2500, and Ram 2500. I really had my heart set on an F250. We’re talking brand new, diesel, crew cab, 4wd, and moderate bells and whistles. Basically everything but leather or sunroof.

Part of the problem with those numbers is they are low even if you upgrade parts to handle more weight. You can add in a beefer axle and suspension but your vehicle is still only legally allowed to handle the weight according to the original factory spec.
