This article has as much to do with cars as a hobby and an interest as a murder committed with a hammer has to do with carpentry.

It has about as much to do with cars as a hobby and an interest as a murder committed with a hammer has to do with carpentry.

This is 100% me too.

The article says “throwing his bumper.” A Kart bumper is probably a lot less substantial than a car’s bumper, but still pretty bad.

I don’t know why, but this really doesn’t bother me at all. If someone wants to burn an extra $30k to get a Bronco 6 months or a year sooner, that’s their choice to make.

I wish this site was a little less political. If I want to read about polarizing political stuff, I can just go to typical news outlets.

There’s a little bit of supply vs. demand, but really I think it’s just because of inflation.

My dad has a naturally aspirated eclipse of the same or similar vintage and I thought it was the coolest car in the world. I was born in ‘90, so I didn’t really know any better.

Born in ‘90, I remember being super intrigued by the Lincoln Navigator and and Cadillac Escalade. Those brands moving into the truck and SUV market was crazy.

Also, Ruby Ridge was not really domestic terror either. That was a massive government overstep that created a rallying cry for domestic terror.

Honestly I’m happy the new Hummer exists. It’s way too expensive for me to ever buy and most of them will never go offroaded, but it’s neat to see something new and exciting in a land of indistinguishable CUVs.

Shooting it while it’s on the ground a few feet in front of you isn’t that hard and it isn’t that dangerous, especially if it’s on grass and not pavement.

If an animal decides to attack you, you gotta fight back and seem big and mean or you’re gonna really get tore up.

It’s probably water for a radiator.

This is the only benefit I can think of, but that’s only inconveniencing on occasion. I have to imagine waiting for an attendant overall means longer waiting times.

I was shopping for slightly used vehicles and a 2 or 3 year old Expedition or Big Tahoe was between $5k and $7k more than my used F-150 with a topper, so I went for that.

This is the best take. It’s why so many trucks in Colorado have toppers (including mine). Honestly a large SUV would have been better for me, but cost was an issue.

I can’t decide. It’s neat, but I think it would be way more practical as a SUV (covered storage & fold forward seats). If it wasn’t a truck it wouldn’t be as neat, so I’m not really sure about how I feel.

This is a neat car. I think it would be far more practical as an SUV, but then it would be just another crossover and it wouldn’t be neat.

Some of these will be collected, but many will be ridden. The seating position on these isn’t too uncomfortable, but the race ready nature of this bike will make it pretty rough to ride on typical streets.
