I figured this would be the case. However, I wonder if there are any exceptions when the usage is harmful to the image of the copyright holder. IE: Pikachu holding the “God hates F##s” sign isn’t exactly family-friendly and might be considered some form of slander?

Just a thought, i don’t know much about copyright laws.

Awesome that you’re covering this. I had the pleasure of going to GDC and attending the talk that they did on this topic. It’s in the GDC vault; it’s an interesting talk for people to listen to if they want to dive deeper into the subject.

I played the combat tutorial of the second game on a friend’s PC and really liked the combat.

I REALLY wish they had a temp trade on unused skins. If I’m not going to use a character I get a skin for, or it’s a dupe, I’d like the opportunity to trade it to someone on my friend’s list for one of their skins.

Just make it bind after so many trades or within the first 5/10 min of getting it.

He’s a pretty funny guy, and he seems to always be cheerful, so I’m really past the hate on PDP even though his content isn’t really my bag.

Hearing him call the guy a “hobophobe” (b/c of his accent) absolutely slayed me. :D

Thanks for mentioning this. I’m going off on a tangent when I should just be looking at the pretty arts, but there really needs to be a push to differentiate the two. All too often have I shelled out for a collector’s edition of a game for the included “concept art book” out of curiosity of the visual development,
