I blew off Reddit for years on end and only recently joined it in the last year or so, and it’s surprisingly been a very nice way to keep up with pretty much anything. Particularly with gaming it’s been very helpful as there’s not only sub-reddits but also everything is easily searchable. Despite what people like to…
My daily is twelve years old with 150k miles on it and I’d like to get into something new, but I’m not going to buy anything until people stop paying over MSRP en masse like a bunch of idiots.
I’m imagining how this could somehow be plot line for another Kojima game. Imagine you’re Kojima, you’ve spent three and a half decades writing what is utterly excruciating and convoluted plot lines that you try to weave and tie together in MGS, among the other franchises he’s worked on, only for a photograph, a…
I blame a lot of this on bespoke part mentality. Remember once upon a time when it seemed like every car on the road used an H6054 sealed beam? Nowadays (it seems) every single car made has a bespoke headlight, side market, tail design, and ever marque designs for bespoke parts in mind.
Toyota has been like that with some select Japanese models for a while now. Look up the Alphard. Since 2015 they’ve had these massive hood to lower fascia grills, and are only tamed by purchasing a Vellfire. The first time I saw the Alphard in Japan I had to do a real double-take.
... which they shouldn’t be with the later, as both GTA 4 and RDR were created during the HD era of gaming. It shouldn’t take a lot of effort to ‘remaster’ them and make them work well with modern expectations in mind. My personal opinion but I believe both GTA 4 and RDR on the PS3 hold up pretty well as-is.
People probably forget that the Sega Genesis was out on the market in the US nearly two full years prior to the SNES, so by the time the SNES came to market the Genesis had time period to amass a decent library of games. For every SNES game there was something like seven to ten Genesis games depending on the time…
You can weigh in and you’re very much correct. Anime characters, despite what anyone in the West wants to assume, ARE Asian. They’re not white. Japan, Korea, China, in their animation and respective to themselves, has most always had definitive markers on how they’re portraying “white” (as in primarily American and…
Because that’s ultimately how you make money. People seem to think that really rich individuals pay cash for everything, but the realistic situation is that individuals whom are in the upper tiers of society hardly ever go out and pay cash for something like a vehicle purchase, even if it’s say an exotic car. You…
Drive one and it’ll jump closer to your top. C5s are crazy competent with some serious pull for how cheap you can get into one. You can do ~60 MPH in second - and there’s six gears there (Four realistically, as fifth and sixth are basically overdrives and you run out of gear and aero anyways in fourth. Plus if you buy…
Probably because “Ban Cars” brings more clicks and engagement online than “We Would Like to Change How People Think About and Engage With the Automobile in Their Daily Lives.”
Worst part is he was making more that Yuki Tsunoda, who at the time last season was the lowest paid driver on the F1 grid yet Tsunoda was actually bringing in points every so often. Tsunoda managed 14th in standings, while Mazepin finished... last.
I stayed in Tokyo for a short time period, in the Irifune area of Chou inside Tokyo.
What frustrates me about these ‘road rallies’ is that posh track days are now very much a thing. There’s opportunities in most every major US state and major area unless you live somewhere like BFE Montana. Not only because it’s now so ridiculously expensive to rent major racing facilities for any reasonable racing…
Then explain it. Concisely. Because the OP did in a way that is non-refutabble and concise.
Anywhere that is not the NY area East Coast, SF/LA Cali, or big city Texas.
You’re 100% right. I keep saying this every time people talk about Ferraris. It’s all about the prancing horse, and considering how much the shield has been whored out to all sorts of Ferrari branded products they’ll make a self driving car if it makes them money.
Well lets see. We have ‘Remake,’ ‘Rebirth,’ and the upcoming Crisis Core remake has taken ‘Reunion.’
Automakers did try and focus on more economical cars. Then everyone went out and bought CUVs/SUVs, and automakers (mostly American) stopped making economy cars. Ford themselves weren’t immune, which is why they no longer sell a “car” other than the Mustang; nothing else they made was making them any money and people…
