There will always be physical board games.
There will always be physical board games.
When it was announced recently that Sega was already developing English assets for the game I assumed it was likely to get some sort of English release. It could have been surmised a month ago that any English assets would have been produced for the ‘Asian’ market release. Asian market releases typically come after…
Out of what I’ve owned, probably my Fieros.
Mercedes sold a lot of ML models over the years despite the original truck looking a bit like an Oompa-Loompa from certain angles.
I have a few old pieces of actual race clothing from the 80s and 90s stored and the only thing I’ll say about them is that you wouldn’t miss the heaviness of the clothing. Screened & dyed logos did wonders for heavy race clothing including team billboards (term used for team shirts) for those that had to work at…
It was also arguably one of the last decades where you could purchase a random constructor’s car, buy yourself a Cosworth DFV (which would easily fit it anyways, considering it was the most-used powerplant through the 1970s), actually be competitive if you were a good driver or could hire some one that could drive,…
I knew someone that daily drove a red MKIV non-turbo that was bare bone stock. Last I checked it was nearing 200,000 miles, although that’s been a long time since I checked in..
It’s the LC500 you’re thinking of, which is the sporty successor to the SC (Toyota Soarer) line. Toyota no longer produces the Soarer primarily because they now actually sell Lexus -badged cars in Japan due to consumer demand. It allows Toyota to more readily differentiate their luxury segment, which the company…
A word of warning to all the people that are saying they haven’t played Doki Doki Lit whatsoever; part of it’s effectiveness and why it was so positively lauded when it originally released is how the game really got under you skin WITHOUT warning you. It’s not jump-scare sort of stuff but rather just these little…
You’d possibly be surprised how many individuals cited for driving under the influence are not actually carted away in a squad car.
I’m really despising the current car market.
My younger brother is an N64 fanatic. I won’t post pictures of it for reasons to protect whats his, but I’m fairly certain he has most near every variation of the console including Japanese and PAL versions. His US console count is at something like ~40-50 units alone. I believe only a few are in-op. He would snatch…
It baffles me the common person’s inability to take decent photos of things they’re trying to sell, especially with a cell phone. Your only limit is the storage you have left, and you can immediately see if a photo is bad.
Would this car’s location have something to do with it’s price? It’s in Palo Alto. I’d imagine most everything in that area is relatively higher that most everywhere else sans maybe some other metropolitan areas. I’d vote ND regardless, but I feel on top of the crazy used car market it’s location is also a factor.
My problem with the whole S13-14 community is that $10K can buy you WAY more car in other offerings. $10K can get you into a manual C5, that’s WAY more drift capable and gives you ~340 HP with gobbles of torque without doing any other engine work. You’re then out a cage, suspension work, and you’re on the track with…
What’s crazy is you can do some digging locally, probably find a local speed shop that deals with race parts (have a ton of them where I live for our dirt track scene), and easily get a much higher quality race harness (that also - it should be added - is probably race legal with only being maybe at the most half a…
How about some RPGs?
You just sit there and drink beer. Although you honestly do that at any race. Doesn’t matter if it’s your local short track or you make the trek to watch F1 in Austin. You sit down in the sun and drink beer.
In the United States at least, part of the really big issue is that most driver’s license requirements are left up to the states despite them ultimately all sharing the same road infrastructure. This generates an issue where it’s expected that all drivers on the road have ultimately received the same driver’s…
As a kid I never realized how violent this show was until people starting posting clips out of context.
