The death of Atreyu's horse was similarly upsetting for me :(

I think 5 storeys is a generous underestimate. I still don't understand how either of them survived their falls - well, I suppose Charming didn't, technically.

It's things like this that make it hard for me to believe that the writers have any form of whiteboard/record keeping of ongoing plots and connections.

The lighting in the studio for whenever they do CGI superimposition always looks completely off - often this weird yellow hue.

I'd say almost certainly CGI.

I agree, AIDA/Ophelia's death was a bit abrupt. Also, I found it weird the way FitzSimmons turned up out the blue just as she died.

The sad thing about OUAT is that I think the reboot could be just what it needs to make it good again - particularly as Emma and the Charmings aren't returning (ignoring Emma's guest starring in the first episode).

I think part of the problem with this finale is that it was the end point for arguably the series' strongest season, so the bar going in was very high/higher than normal.

It was interesting because while I was watching that scene I thought Fitz/Iain didn't seem emotional enough at the seeming death of Jemma (and Iain is clearly an excellent actor), so when it turned out it was a LMD and not Jemma, that observation made a lot more sense. I was impressed at the nuance.

My a$$, is that like my ass? ;-) No need to censor - we're all adults.

Emma is fine, but her parents/The Charmings are grating, so the fact they won't be back is a big plus in my book. No Emma or The Charmings probably means no Henry, too - again another plus.

I fully covered my face with my hands - I just wanted it to stop.

This was the point I was going to make if you hadn't already done so - comedy is such a big part of this show, though, that it feels remiss for there to be such a dearth of talent this season.

The whole concept is idiotic, to be honest, the way Emma and the Black Fairy live in Storybrook at the same time without attacking each other straightaway - like, "I'll just leave you here in the mayor's mansion while I go back to the police station - BUT NO FOLLOWING ME, K?"

I think with the exception of Lana who had a bit of grit in her delivery, they all sounded too much like Heroes, which was fine for the Charming family, obviously, but it didn't work for Zelena and Hook.

HOORAY!

Ah, thanks for the info!

Is the actress who plays Jo busy with other commitments or something? It seemed a bit odd that you didn't see her at all this episode, not even during this attack.

Since Stephanie is a great character, I'd prefer it if she's alive and leaves because of trauma, so she at least has the potential to return to the show at some point.

"Should we do discussion board posts again for Grey’s’ already announced season 14?"
