What a shit counter argument.
What a shit counter argument.
That stopped being funny after the first week. Doesn’t $kay have a job? Because she’s been there five minutes after cotd is announced, every day, for the last few years. Objectification argument aside, and there is one to be had, does she really not have anything better to do?
We’ve had this in London for years now. You get charged about 20 dollars to drive into the financial district in the centre, but not if you already live there. Two kinds of people work in that area. Most earn 6 figures, the rest are their coffee baristas, who don’t have cars anyway. There are no real tourist spots,…
Haha that’s hysterical
Holy shit, can you imagine how hard it must be for anyone in African politics to transfer money? They’d have to start every e-mail with “I know how this looks but...”
Yeah it felt pretty sketchy for about a month until the money came through. At one point the guy sent me an email about the rest of his car collection, (two or three bentleys and some 90s sports car that I don’t remember), telling me about the clubs he was a part of and what he liked about cars and so on. I think he…
Step one: mute audio
Weird right? That photo was taken more than a year after it arrived, but they’re still the plates I had on it in the uk. My guess is he’s running it round on private land and it doesn’t actually see the road.
It was a while before I heard about my first car after I sold it. Never met the guy either, he bought it over the phone and then shipped it to South Africa.
At school my friend’s mom had one, in London, it was her only car. They lived nearby so every other day we’d get picked up in it. Didn’t know anything about it at the time but my god she was the coolest mom in school. I think she gave it to her son in the end and now he’s driving it around, these days she drives a…
Oh yeah, the video showcased how well their lineup did in crash tests, one by one. When they got to the 2cv, they quickly shifted gears into “look how well it AVOIDS accidents, SWEEEEEEEERVE”
Wait till you see the denim interior on the road version. Can’t believe how good these concepts still are...
Wanted to see how far I’d have to scroll before these appeared. Not far at all, thank you for improving my day with this picture
POWER ON.
I live for ww2 movies, there’s so much promise there. With Hacksaw though, they could have cut his wife from the film, saving an hour, and it would have been much stronger. Haven’t seen flags of our fathers, but iwo jima was a great film. So little is told of the Japanese side that isn’t of a bunch of ooga booga tree…
Oh yes. I’m from London myself, our imax cinema was where Nolan himself saw the film for the first time, he had the whole theatre booked out for just him and his wife, and they told us he oversaw the adjustments of the projectors. The catch? Three week lead time on tickets. So worth it though, never will I ever see a…
This is SO important. It’s what made hacksaw ridge garbage for me. Too much time spent telling the shitty cut and paste love story and family life he has back home before you actually get to the movie itself. Dunkirk on the other hand is so fat free, with only the bare essentials to keep the tension tied together.
Money is an abstract concept, only the Previa P100D matters in this world
Tesla Model X swap me thinks
Get me this and a contemporary toyota sera together, and you’ll have the ultimate ironic/unironic power garage. Both are cars you can drive around with a straight face and with a sense of humour at the same time, and my god they’d look good side by side. I really think this era of toyota styling has come of age
