Stupid financial decisions is a running theme with FF. They spent several million dollars on that big ces launch, which is like Volkswagen group at the Geneva Motor Show levels of spending. Fisker wasn’t anywhere near that reckless and look how they still ended up.

Also, fuck having any kind of 200mph traffic stream above a city skyline, the idea that some people think throwing enough computing power at the problem makes that suddenly safe is utterly stupid.

The amount of variables associated with throwing even a hundred flying cars over a city is off the chart. Even if it’s all computer controlled, computers never have been 100% fool proof, they’ll fuck something up at some point and it’ll kill a dozen people.

I’d daily drive any icon. To be honest though the rolls is far from my favourite, but they’ve put together some amazing stuff over the years

Icon are kinda with you on that one

I mean, compared to Elio? The way I see it, who even remembers what Elon promised 10 years ago, when the net result is 2 (and a half) pretty impressive electric cars, a host of automakers following suit with “tesla competitors” and rockets that are launching satellites into space at a 5th of NASA’s price.

That looks just fine

It does rather depend on the quality of the plastic. GM’s stuff has always been pretty atrocious. Can’t vouch for Ford being any better, but check out the plastic on old Volvo Cross Country cars, that’s holding up great.

I can see accident avoidance being a thing, if it could take over the controls if you’re about to be rear ended by some moron bus driver that you missed. Bikes will always be rebellious by nature, and therefore self driven, but there’s demand to make them safer that hasn’t been met in 100 years.

Nah, design directors are recycled surprisingly often. Jerry put together the whole new lineup, but pretty soon the big bosses won’t like how little he’s prepared to move on from here. It happens.

I know a number of people who work in Land Rover’s design studio, most of them agree. They also all seem to think he’s on his way out. Can’t come soon enough I think, a man who wants to distance LR from the Defender has no place in the company.

Maybe by a small or startup company, like noble or something, but it looks too delicate for proper modern supercar construction. The 720s vs f1 highlights how far we’ve come in 20ish years

Stop gushing, that thing looks exactly as old as 1967.

It’s probably just your standard concept car cameras-instead-of-mirrors deal, pretty cool looking, still not production worthy

No, but if you’re used to executive audis and turbo 911s, and you romanticise the worker’s lifestyle but aren’t prepared to actually live it, you’re going to buy a truck with all the creature comforts of a Range Rover.

I wonder why, maybe the client was some kind of die hard cummins fan, but given that Icon already has a supply of 5.0's for their bronco builds, I can only imagine it being more convenient to just build it with Ford stuff.

It does look way tougher. It’s uglier than the ford but that kinda works in its favour. The colour scheme is to die for too.

I used to have a Fulvia. I knew where it was by the stench of fluids and by the fact that it would have not moved for a month on account of being broken all the time. Ok yours looks amazing and it indeed would not get lost in a crowd of Fulvias, in case there ever was such a thing. Mine was blue.

It’s a Citroen.

The insurance payouts, where else would they send them?
