Still bloody awful. you can’t go all the way retro on the body and still give it parts bin headlights from any old 2000s economy car, they look photoshopped on as a joke.

Yeah but as I said, who really cares 90 years on. The story of those cars being bricked up from the Nazis is so much cooler than the alternative story of bugatti sold 6 cars once. Those cars have so much more value as relics with all the history that surrounds them.
I kinda think that 90 years on, Bugatti can get away with it. Old stories of Mr Bugatti having the balls to say no to dictators and monarchs from around the world are far more romantic than current stories of a snobby car maker who think they’re too good for someone with a social media account.
There’s all the photographic evidence I need.
That car would pay for itself when its sold
Sounds tasty
Ok I’ve never heard of a Crosstrek, probably something to do with being European, but my god that oil filter placement is genius. I’ve often bragged about how easy my 2cv is to work on, but an oil filter change there is a matter of removing the front right wheel arch, a damn pain to do.
Can you really say the Lexus is more reliable if the Volvo isn’t even out yet?
Concept cars are cool and all but this is just low rent faraday future. And the interior? Steal most of it from a Panamera, photoshop some carbonfibre.png onto the surfaces and slap on some vents from a 2009 Chrysler, then colour it like a dentist’s waiting room to really tie it together. Oh and don’t bother with the…
That’s the hope, I’d fucking hate to lose charge because the only station within 10 miles is a Toyota station. So far though, from my experience in the UK, it doesn’t look like we’re headed in that direction. There are a number of third party charging networks that cater to Nissans, Renaults, Teslas etc...
Teach me to hone my hands to those of a surgeon, that I might also apply a tube sock to a microphone the size of a small grain of rice.
You’d be surprised what else goes well as car audio
I think if I heard about an 8 year old in 1967 learning to drive from a youtube video I’d still find it pretty strange.
I think it’s fresh, really gorgeous too. It’s very detailed for a concept car too and the material choices are spot on. Someone put a hell of a lot of time and money into this.
Oh my god do what you’ve always done and buy a 15 year old accord. This is a fabulous design exercise, it’s not meant to sell in showrooms tomorrow.
Small overhangs and great ground clearance give this a bit more credibility than “glorified crossover”. I say the FJ cruiser, great car that it is, had its time. This thing ticks all the boxes for gorgeous modern truck design, with a hint of jdm eccentricity. Full production please.
Blame the race organisers sure, this kind of thing is still outdated as hell, but I’ve never liked condemning girls in any modelling career, to most of them it’s a dream job, they signed up for it after all.
You’re confusing two different groups of people. I’m fond of anything that works better than what came before, so big screen is good, headphone jack delete is bad.
I actually work in industrial design, I’m quite clued up on this stuff if you must make me say it. Recharging anything is an inconvenience, that’s why I have no intention of getting rid of my 40 year old watch for a smart watch because it makes my life easier not to worry about having enough charge to tell the time by…
You’ll notice that most of the people bitching and moaning haven’t bought the 7. Myself included, the 6 is still a great phone.
