@dowingba: Unless the market for such games changes. If the majority of the market is for AO, I can't imagine the consoles and stores saying no...

All while the Nintendo handheld commercial caters to the youth of America by putting it in their hands while they are skateboarding and sitting in detention. Saying thank you to the company for helping them during those trying times.

I lose interest. I love the games, but I never wanted to finish a lot of them. I have played FFVII at least 20 times all the way up to the Northern Crater and stopped because I had felt like I had accomplished everything already, and Sephiroth is a cake walk compared to Emerald/Ruby. Its like that with a lot of my all

Escort Missions = Boo

@Shinta: Its cool to see the enemies that require specific sword strikes to take down. The learning process involved with that is intriguing.

@Pojodin: Damn WEAPON and his...WEAPON-ness?!?

@ifandbut: Im in the same boat. I pre-ordered DA2 from Amazon (mostly because of the 99 cent release-day-delivery, but also because I wanted the pre-order weapon/shield bonus) and I cannot wait to come home from work and find the box in my front door. Only a few more days. Gotta keep telling yourself that.

For some reason, I think they made this demo a while ago. Graphically, it wasn't anything special at all. I think they had it locked up somewhere in their system for months before the marketing department released it to the public. Which is why I have a feeling the full game will be much better in terms of

I agree with the first part now that you expanded upon it a little more. You made it seem like the company made reviewers and websites give good reviews and publish all of their pre-release content on their sites. But these sites still have the right to say whatever they want about the product. The trailer comes out,

@the-hypnotoad: They could have just put this at the beginning of their report. Saved us a lot of time reading space wasting adverbs.

Played the xbox 360 version and loved it. Backstab worked great. Sure, the camera took a bit to catch up, and sometimes its hard to target the guy you want without pausing and targeting from the action menu. Its also a bit annoying that you automatically attack a different guy once you kill one due to having to spam

Respawn isn't making anything in their current financial state. Also, how do you know their game will be good?

Agreed. Have seen this multiple times. Its hard for people to beat my team with a bunch of randoms (I call them Green Guys, as is their color when not in a party). Let alone without a microphone. Some people we play Headquarters/Domination, and the hardcore versions of both, with have win streaks in the hundreds.

Dragon Age 2 demo. Played as a rogue, still want to try the other two. Also want to play rogue again and roll archer rather than dual wield, see how that goes.

So you are saying Crecente at Kotaku and the reviewers at IGN, Game Informer, etc. were all a part of Activision's marketing campaign just because they gave good reviews? I don't think so. In the end, successful marketing is dependent on the quality of the product. Good reviews are not something they expect, nor pay

@Twyst3d: I believe KallMeKate was trying to say that its arrogant (better word would be ignorant) that the author of the original comment decided upon human perception of time as being the standard for classifications like "old" and "young".

First off, i play on the 360 and I still was unhappy with a few things from MW2/BOps. Played MW1 on PC and loved it. Its hard to make a perfect shooter, as its hard to cater toward every individuals play style. People aren't happy about things with a lot of games, yet still enjoy them.

@MichaelPalin: "Call of Duty: Amassing hate and disappointment"

This just brings up the fact that OoT itself, while being funny and sometimes over the top with its quirky humor (some dark humor as well), was also a very scary game. Every temple to me, was a bit scary. Some more scary than others. Even running through Hyrule Field at night. I often just played the Ocarina in order

@Zom-B: Yes, we don't know anything about the dragon. Yes, he looks big and mean, traits usually associated with the ultra-powerful.
