Anyone know how long you have to pay for Adobe to get the credit? I’m on my free trial with Adobe and would like to go through Amazon so I can apply gift cards, more easily cancel/suspend my account (because I don’t really need it 12 months/year), etc.

There’s some weird thing about lots of USB devices requiring being plugged directly into the computer and not a hub. Is there any way around that?

Does locking it allow background processes to continue? (Say, for example, continue playing music or network traffic for downloads.) Is this like logging out or putting it to sleep or something else? (I’m still very new to OSX.)
