Brilliant advice, except they have never been turned on. The low speed lighting feature turns on the fog light on the side you are turning toward. Turn left, left light comes on. You can probably guess how the other side works. Fog light switch stays off.

VW and Audi have the same feature on low speed turns. About once a week someone tells me I have a foglight out.
