This is really excellent advice! You make two very good points: 1. avoid the proprietorial (for-profit) schools and 2. look for online programs at state colleges and universities. Everything I read supports this.

Yes! I’ve been doing these hip tilts in addition to other “flat back” exercises to not only strengthen core but to try to eliminate my weird postural defect due to abdominal weight gain and sedentary lifestyle these last 3-4 years. Very very helpful!! Great vid!

I am a life-long dog lover but I am so sorry for your loss. I can completely understand your long-standing grief for a beloved pet.
