I believe the founders sold Screen Junkies to Defy Media. That’s why they’re able to suspend Andy Signore to begin with so I think they have the ability to fire him and keep the channel going. I don’t know any of them obviously, but they all seem genuine in their shock and their support for the women.

Personally, I’m not going to let it sour my enjoyment of Honest Trailers. Definitely not a fan of Screen Junkies at the moment (ignoring reports of harassment and threatening jobs for reporting it is a big no-no), however. There comes a point where you have to separate the creation from the originator.

You know, I have seen more and more people try to portray Cinemasins as a Critic or review channel, when they themselves have openly stated that they are not film critics. They are a**holes(their own words. EWW Cinemasins).

The fact that they ALL immediately went against him indicates what Signore did was pretty conclusive.

Marc Andreyko, Dan Murrell, Spencer Gilbert, Mike Carlson, Joe Starr and Alicia Malone, Ken Napzok among others have all said that they will only return to SJ/Defy if this is dealt with — it heavily being implied that dealt with means Andy Signore out and I’m quite glad to see them all publicly supporting the women…

Yeah, Cinema Sins is too nitpicky. HISHE is a lot more creative.

I was at the Pearl Jam/Petty show at Summerfest. Probably one of the only situations where you actually get a band like PJ as an “opener” - incredible show that i’ll never forget
