Frequently, yes, but it’s not that black and white. My mom grew up dirt poor in rural northern Maine. If not for hunting, their family would have starved. I know plenty of folks living in poverty in rural areas in the same situation.

The thing is, Comey still should have been fired or at least resigned over his handing of the Clinton emails. The fact that Trump fired him as a way to try and end the investigation into Russian meddling only turned him into some martyr.

She said a lot of things that she had to say for political expediency that she did not mean. Another good example is gay marriage. She always supported gay marriage but for political reasons could not voice that support until the right time. Same is true here.
