Are you disgusted when the NCAA basketball tournament winner didn’t win their conference? Because that happens regularly. The last two champs (UNC and Villanova) lost in their conference tournament, the two champs before that (Duke and UConn) neither won their regular season conference title - UConn, in fact, finished

Everybody thinks they’ve found the state with the worst drivers. If you haven’t driven extensively in 50 states (nobody has) you have no standing.

I’ve pretty much stopped dating a lot because it’s too expensive. And that’s with having dates pay their half, which they usually offer to do.

What is the minimum Santa-related power he’d need to stand a chance against Gozilla? If you factor in that he, in theory, travels at approximately the speed of light (or can do some sort of wormhole shit), can manipulate his own matter to fit down chimneys (and may potentially be fireproof) and has a magic infinity

I’d like to explore a new topic: is there a subject matter that makes New Yorkers more insufferable when discussing than pizza?

I’d think twice if it was Spinal Tap.

Took me 27 years to try In-N-Out ans dude is right. Why the fuck is that place crowded all the time.

What I’m saying is that post-op complications should not be covered with taxpayer dollars either. The person choosing to have the surgery should know the risks before having it. They should not just get to pass the burden of those risks on to taxpayers because they had a complication from a surgery that was completely

HOWEVER, I do not feel the government should have to pay for any cosmetic surgery or anything having to do with that surgery post-op.

Any consideration for the view point that it is unhealthy to the individual to generate a lifelong perception that “feeding me is the government’s job”?

Our current immigration process is bad. It’s unwieldy, it’s poorly-thought-out, and it’s unpopular both with the electorate at home and with the long list of people trying to get into our country.

I actually support DACA, with two conditions: 1) it has to be done by legislation, not by Executive Order; and 2) there can be no path to citizenship for recipients unless they leave the country and join the immigration queue. I think that’s fair: you may stay, and benefit from living here, but you will never be able

Uh, isn’t that why the Democratic Party supports the current immigration situation, which is rapidly changing the demographics of the country in a way that benefits the Democratic Party? Like, yes, the Republicans are doing this too, but you can’t have this conversation and ignore the fact that the Democrats’
