It's funny because "Lumberjaaaaaack" is still more or less an appropriate response.

I would feel incredibly pretentious and self-important to sit here on the internet and defend a rich comedian who doesn't care and will never read this, but I would also feel like a big shitty baby to just downvote your comment and leave no response(the uselessness of upvote/downvote/like/dislike/agree/disagree…
Tyrant Season 1 was a bonkers trainwreck. Maybe in that sense, it's better than just a dull, bad Netflix show.
I didn't interpret it as her saying that she'll never leave Bill; instead she was against the notion of running away in the middle of the night, sending the message that the detective is right. They've been married for so long, I thought it was a nice moment to establish that Libby knows which of Bill's faults are…
Wow, I feel like Libby at the end was what an approximation of what I was waiting to hear out of Skyler White at… any point in Breaking Bad. Completely different situations, of course. And to top it off, I'm not really convinced there's enough gas in this "Masters is a pedophile" accusation to ramp up drama anyway.…
I'm having flashbacks to that dumb Homeland episode with the fake out that Saul and Carrie were seriously in danger when their car explodes. Cinematically, this episode fared a little better, but of course, the characters(Eichorst) do what suits the episode in the moment(drags Dutch) instead of what makes the most…
TV Club 10: 10 House episodes that illuminate what it was capable of and aspired to be
You're thinking of the Season 2 finale "No Reason". It's so excellent, they re-purposed it for the Season 8/series finale.
Ditto on this.
The whole thing was pretty dumb. I mean, Setrakian gets knocked out instead of killed after finding the book? Really? The hokey B-movie acting from the assistant once she's rejuvenated? The cop that locks himself IN THE CELL WITH A SINGLE GUN AFTER THE OTHER COPS WERE ALL KILLED AND PRESUMABLY DROPPED THEIR GUNS? WHY?
They're really talking down to Christians here; even moreso than Hollywood as a whole does it. I'm not religious, but when your portrayal of a Christian man is, to use the reviewer's terminology, a mustache-twirling goon bordering on possessed(did the director tell the actor to bug his eyes out as much as possible?)…
Wow, a pretty terrible week for Masters of Sex, The Strain, and The Jim Gaffigan Show. I should've started Mr. Robot or something.
She didn't do a whole lot in Take This Waltz, but it was a dramatic role and still very solid. In fact, that character had substance abuse issues(alcohol) as well!
Don't forget FOX is trying that American version of Luther. I don't think there's been any new news beyond "we are doing it."
Nah, that can't be it… >=/1
I don't know why they waited until they were nine episodes in to introduce a fairly dumb-looking intro sequence. I liked the short and to-the-point one.
This sounds great, but what if we toss out everything that's not Angry Beavers, make it a TV show instead of a movie, and retool the live-action thing into fully animated?
DO THE LALALALALA-LAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-LALALALALA
"138 episodes"
They(Zack and co.) are working with Setrakian, so they're goal is to lure them out. I think. That's what I've been telling myself.
