Compared to mainland China, HK is car friendly !!!lol It is shame many abandoned cars in HK, I seen many every time I visit !!! Not good, if you think HK is bad for abandoned cars, you should see some of the car lots in Japan, many parked up and some even stack on top of another left to rot outside just like scrap…
