Neutral: Our 25 year anniversary is coming up, so I bought a Honda CRV hybrid in May to surprise the wife.

This is strange, as the car appears to have been well maintained.  I nice priced it based on comparables here in the Southeast.

Np.  I bought a ‘93 S-10 new and it could take a beating.  IMHO these were way more reliable than the Ford Explorer.

It’s not terribly priced, but the miles a kind of high for this type vehicle.  I’m finding several examples with less than 40k on the odometer.  NP anyway.

I worked next to a body shop back in the eighties and nineties when these were on the road. The body shop owner said they (Bronco II’s) were top heavy because of the glass back side windows that went all the way into the roof.  He loved them, and said they brought in a lot of business!

Kudos to the seller for record keeping and presentation.  However, it’s not hard to find these for similar money with less miles.  CP.

This is what pisses me off about car makers. They CAN make beautiful cars, but always end up watering them down to boring lumps of shit!

My only styling complaint is the rear end.  GM has a history of making fat ass looking cars.  I submit the last gen Monte Carlo, Cadillac CTS coupe and this Corvette as evidence.

Indeed, this is a rare and special event. Very similar to when 2 people meet their perfect soulmate.

Be that as it may, it’s still a screaming bargain.  1st new ‘Vette I’ve ever lusted for!
