Well, I’m not looking to buy, but as to your point about repairs and salvage value that’s for the insurance company to worry about IF it were to get smacked up.

Easy, no range anxiety.
I disagree. This makes alot more sense than a Tesla. Also, in comparing prices here in the Southeast this one is priced decent. NP.
Always loved the look of these. Go ahead, hate all you want.
We keep our cars 7-8 years. Honestly, I would rather buy new and have control over the maintenance history of the vehicle.
Ballaban, is that you?
This is true, and the reason I’ll probably never replace my ‘14 Ram. If it just works (and it’s paid for), why not keep it.
Great car. Blindingly slow.
No knock against the car, it’s just priced $2-3K too high. CP
Harley Davidson owners must be the most insecure people on the planet.
It’s refreshing to see BMW simplifying it’s lineup a little bit. I honestly can’t keep track of all the models some manufacturers (Mercedes) think they need.
“David and I”
It’s getting nuts. I have been in Kissimmee at the big Mecum auction this week, and saw 2 1984 Olds 98s’ go for $20K each! The cars were auctioned on separate days, so it wasn’t a fluke.
Max, I find it weird you mentioned the Tesla 3. This is not even a competitor to the Prius. As proof I point to increasing sales of the Civic Hybrid and Ioniq Hybrid. These 2 vehicles have taken a much bigger bite out of the Prius’ grotesquely misshapen ass.
As a former Infiniti owner, I must respond that your take is incorrect. Lexus is the Buick, Infiniti would be the sportier Pontiac.
Relax, it only made like 75 horsepower. Engines were incredibly inefficient back then.
Hallelujah! My ‘14 will always be a Dodge 1500 to me.
Ditto here. My ‘14 went through 2 Wisconsin winters and now resides next to a saltwater river in Florida. No rust issues.
To this day every time I see one I point, laugh and say “look kids, a clown car!”
This would be the way to go. I bought a rental Buick LeSabre in 2001 for work. It was a nice car but turned out to have some previous suspension damage. I unloaded it but have been wary of ex-rentals since.
