I’m a bit of a hypocrite here because of my love for the Zimmer Quicksilver, but this conversion is repulsive at any price.  They really ruined a nice looking car.

Ditto here.  I bought a Hyundai sedan hybrid that was silver.  Ford and GM didn’t have anything for me to consider (the death of the Fusion and Malibu hybrids had already been announced).

This may be true, but that doesn’t mean people will completely stop buying sedans. If it’s supposed to be about brand loyalty, GM and Ford are making a mistake. Especially GM, since their truck stylists are evidently competing in a contest to see who can design the ugliest truck.  Also, market trends change.

What?  I love the plaid and brocade interiors of years past!  My biggest bitch about modern cars is the deary interiors done up in black pleather.

I agree it’s a nice SHO, but with those miles and the repaint most collectors will take a pass. Reluctant CP for a fun daily driver.

You may be right.  Obeying the law is not a priority for me.

Marshknute is right. If the flow of traffic is 70 mph, and some asshat is playing “enforcer” at 55 in the left lane, he is the more dangerous element.
