Hard to tell, there are other wrecks in that scene, one notably in the foreground and torn sails off to the right. Based on the lighting, it looks to me like that second mast is behind the ship in the middle ground.
In that picture, the ship from Frozen has two masts, the shipwreck in Little Mermaid has one.
Now that they're adding the Winter Soldier to the MCU, there's potential for Black Widow/Winter Soldier movies based off the comics...or at least this nerd can hope...
That last season of Fringe, urgh.
