As a former owner, I was under the impression that the transmission came from Ford, while the engine was from Nissan (which, in hindsight, wouldn’t make sense without someone having to spend big dollars to get them to work together).

The Niagara region is awesome, and since I lived on the “right” side of Toronto, I could get there in about an hour. Except when some idiot on the QEW decided to crash into a ditch, or a pole, or a bridge...or on weekends when there were fireworks.

Consider me also pro-ICBC. I moved to BC from Alberta (god bless privitization of everything) and found that my premiums were similar. Even when I moved to Ontario, ICBC was actually cheaper (though Ontario has it’s own problems.)
