Headlight bulb change on a Subaru Outback(2012). Why do I have to remove a wheel and the wheel well liner just to change a bulb? It wasn’t difficult, just infuriating because it should’ve been simpler.

Will cars sold by Walmart will be made in China like most of the other merchandise in the store?Will they last about a week before breaking too?
