I meant that because Patty was a detective with a special interest in meta-humans, and they were in a relationship, it would've made more sense to tell her he's the Flash.

While I'll always remember Corden from Doctor Who, I'd say the first reason he's had a good start to his tenure as Late Late Show host is because Craig Ferguson was his warm up act.
