They certainly are not considering the numbers. On average, a little more 1,000 people a year die due to police action; about 400 are white, about 250 are black and the rest are other or unknown  (sources below)

I still us Paint all the time. I have GIMP and ImageJ (FIJI, actually). But I still use Paint when I need a quick canvas to do some basic cropping or the like.

I’m guessing the students recorded their parts separately (likely at different times)... then compiled these into one video? This couldn’t have been done as a one shot video conference, right? I mean, I try to have a 7 person web meeting and it is choppy AF at times... and I have a great connection (at a University).

Yep.  That’s my view.  Put the moderately sick in there.  Keep them isolated, and check on them as needed.  Not everyone needs a ventilator.  I think it would certainly help.
