There is A LOT of need based financial aid already available. I am OK with the government funding need based aid. Grants, etc. I’m OK with increasing that if necessary. I don’t want my tax dollars to pay for upper middle class families to send their kids to college.
I can do all that without picking a party.
College debt is out of hand. But college can be had for a reasonable amount. There are MANY community colleges out there... they are very inexpensive. If you want a 4 year degree and a struggling, go 2 years to community college... then transfer and finish your last 2 years and get a 4 year degree for MUCH cheaper. I…

Make sure you can open all windows. This should actually be done during the inspection process... and noted on the report if any windows couldn’t open. You should make sure you know how to open the window and make sure you CAN open it (i.e. that it’s not painted shut).
