Seriously though, wheel design is one of the most important aspects of the car to me. Wheels literally make or break the car just as much as the front clip. I actually bought a trim up on my Mazda6 specifically because of the wheels, even though they are larger and tires

The other downside to driving a four-banger Camaro is that you’re still driving a Camaro, which means you’re driving an ugly mutt.

And that is exactly what makes this 0 year old Supra look SO BAD.

This, Ecoboost Mustang, V6 Camaro, all have more power and cost far less.

This thing is DOA.  Nissan must be absolutely thrilled at this, as now the new Z can come in and totally destroy this in comparisons as I’m assuming it will be around the same price new but have 150 more horses.

A good first step is to quit painting part of the wheel black.  Horrible design trend that I can’t wait to leave.

Sorry, you may have missed it, but Collins extended (pun intended) the meaning to lit up connections as well. It is Jalop canon.

These actually look good, really liking the tail lights although heckblende is sort of played out right now. Only problem is the wheels. Those are atrocious.

You’d be surprised. My MIL, a 50-something who has lived her entire life in the midwest US, believes new-age pseudoscience self-help conspiracy garbage like this. Youtube is her bible and she spends who knows how many hours in rabbit holes of conspiracy echo chambers. She can function in society well enough (has an

I especially loved this bit:

And Americans are going to pay the price in the months and years ahead, as there’s no guarantee that a covid-19 vaccine will even work if it’s developed.

Ah yes, let’s roll out the worst case scenario hypothetical to make this opinion piece even MORE sensational.

The funniest thing about that little shade throwing was that this is coming from a guy who paid nearly a grand for a mechanic to do almost nothing of value to his Honda Fit because he knows nothing about cars.

Has he even been to a drag strip or track?

“Perfect”

“Perfect”

What I’m frustrated with is how there are SO MANY different data sources out there for COVID-19, and so many reports/tables/graphs that slice and dice said data in very specific ways to fit a narrative. Commentors and opinion pieces written very intelligently and convincingly are everywhere “proving” that the virus is

Whooooooosh (joke over your head).

But I’m with you, huge downgrade. It looks less like a car and more like a prop from a cable network scifi movie.

So how do you practically use this? Is it only for crawling through low lit areas at 20mph? Obviously like you said you can’t train on this thing and drive at speed. Does glancing at it like a rear-view mirror help? A glance every once in a while doesn’t really give you much reaction time to avoid something you see in

When considering how “cheap” they are, is he including other upgrades to make it safe? There’s a lot you need to upgrade as well on those VQ’s to handle more than 400 whp for the long term. Fuel delivery, internals, transmission, fluid coolers, etc.   At least, that’s how it was 6-7 years ago when I was in the scene.

Yikes, so it was parted to sh1t.  That’s a lot of things being touched multiple times and I have seen enough shady shops to not trust that things were put back together properly.  Definite CP after seeing how extensive the mods were pre-sale.

I really like the car. The number of horses are right for the chassis, it looks to be a professional install, and I prefer a blower over a snail personally as well. A lot of what they did would be on my list if I wanted to modify one of these from stock up.

Dude, context. Raph said “normal” got us here and gets us more cases of coronavirus. As far as we can tell from the context of his quote which was talking about workers at a factory, this is talking about day to day existence. You know, being able to go to the store, school, work, and be within 6 feet of people

I dunno, I’d say that those things are heavily outweighed by millions being unemployed, tens of thousands being dead, and society as we knew it being put on hold.
