I've raced against a few other normal SS Camaros and the gap was anywhere between 4 to 6 seconds on a 60 second course, but driver has a lot to do with that. I'm hoping I can take a lap in the standard SS and my 1LE to see how the times compare.

Once you have some heat in the tires it's not bad.

What would this do to the cost of body repairs? I remember the A8 only being able to have frame work done at a few places in the country. Have things changed?

That's the cost of saving GM and I still think it was absolutely worth it, even if we're reminded of how turrible GM was like every month.
