Surprised anyone still goes to Subway. They're a bottom tier sub shop with below average subs. Jersey Mikes, Firehouse and Jimmy John's all blow it away in taste and quality.

Death trap? I don’t think so pal. Of course no crumple zones but lots of heavy steel and believe it or not, they DID have safety measures when these cars were built.
Pretty broad statement. Fact is NO they were all not "utter shit."
“slow”? Ever driven a supercharged Buick Park Avenue 3.8?
1994-1996 Buick Roadmaster sedans with LT1 Corvette engine are some of the best cars ever built. They’re huge compared to the turds today but they ride insanely smooth and are cheap to upkeep. Prices are starting to get steep.
I’m a Buick owner and I’ve noticed a huge number of younger drivers buying 90's and early 2000 Buicks for their first cars. The 3.8 V6 is a strong selling point and yea, that famous Buick ride is definitely a plus. I drive a 42,000 mile original ‘95 Roadmaster with the LT1. I wouldn’t trade it for any newer car.
There are many more 90's Buicks rolling around today compared to 90's Honda’s. Some of the best made cars of the era that were marketed to a much older demographic explains the interior designs. The 3.8 V6 is one of the greatest most reliable engines ever made and a joy to work on for accessibility. I’ve driven low…
Oh Christ who gives a f**k who made the car. It’s badass gorgeous! If it bothers someone, go lock yourself in your safe room and hug your teddy bear panty waist! People never had an issue driving their Beetles did they?
I had one years ago. Paid $1800 for it in ‘89. It was loaded, white with green interior. Never gave me a problem mechanically. I’d take this body style over the ‘63-’65 any day. Unfortunately they’re now starting to get crazy in value just like the first gens.
In ‘89 I bought a ‘66 Riviera and drove it during the 90's. Great car loaded with all the creature comforts and a 425 nailhead with gobs of torque. My headlights never gave me a problem and lit up the roads at night perfectly. GM really built cars with style at one time.
I like the way you think. I drive a ‘95 base sedan daily and have a ‘96 Limited with the Grand Touring suspension for weekends. Comfortable, roomy and LT1 powered. With a bum knee, getting in and out is a breeze.
I’m 60 yrs old and large cars are all I’ve ever driven. I just purchased a ‘95 Roadmaster to go with my ‘96 Roadmaster Limited and ‘72 Electra and Riviera. Pillow rides, plenty of room and all loaded with options. I can’t imagine driving anything else.
Because some people have pride in what they drive?
Cadillac needs to be Cadillac again. Coupe de Villes, Fleetwood’s, Eldorado’s etc. Screw trying to be BMW or Mercedes! The last rear wheel drive Fleetwoods of the late 90's along with the Buick Roadmaster were the end of the great American car.
