My boyfriend is also a jokester, and honestly, so am I. We both deflect feelings with humour. I’m making assumptions, but I’m thinking your husband doesn’t want to think of you in danger and since you came out (physically) unscathed, hoped this kind of joke would make you feel better.

Like, Pulp Fiction is enough. Add The Wedding Singer, Lords of Dogtown...plenty of people would kill for that IMDB

This may seem trite, but I became addicted to the Surreal Life one spring break in high school. Alexis was one of my first introductions to not only the concept of transgender, but gender fluidity. Alexis was obviously very loved by family. Don't make this death about pronouns. It's about a person.

Good in Bed is a great book too!

But the real controversy is that Hilary Clinton was HOT.

The worst is when someone doesn't text you back with frequency or quickly, but when you're with them and they get texts they read and respond right away. SO ANNOYING. I KNOW YOU CHECK YOUR PHONE.

I think it’s *just passable* as not costumey, and super cute

Love the outfit, love the boots

Unreasonably disappointed to see that Ira Glass is not the Rabbi (unaged) from Seinfeld.

When Podtick is asked about his opinion on James Bond, he is proper but honest.

What about number 2 though 😱

That is the first clip of this show I have EVER watched and I feel physically ill.

Yeah, some good comedy writers could spin this into gold.

I’m actually tentatively interested in this. Since the original author now thinks it’s cringeworthy behaviour, maybe they’ll get some good comedy writers on board and portray the techniques as sad and douchey.

Ugh, as someone who enjoys playful teasing as a form of flirting, there are few things more cringeworthy than when someone is BAD at it or takes it too far. I find this especially common in people who substitute alcohol for wit; they aren't funny. They're mean. It's gross.

I met this guy recently who was pretty drunk and while not overtly hitting on me, would say “Marry me!” Anytime I contributed something to the conversation that was “cool” in his eyes (guys, we are talking South Park references. I was not being that charming).

The “objectifying and horrifying” statement reminds me of Tucker Max. He gave away a free digital book and in it expresses how immature and terrible he acted - and shocker, he is now married with children.

Okay? Umm if it’s an issue to the point where she is CRYING, you should probably still fucking stop.

That whole roast was gold

Seth Rogen’s bit about Nick Kroll as the “scary Jew face that haunts Mel Gibson’s nightmares” was one of the funniest look based insults I ever heard at a roast.
