How much will one of these set you back and how much is this engine?

Tyler, I have a funny story that you would probably enjoy sharing. Any interest? How do I contact you?

Now playing

Your description is a bit off. Someone posted a Liveleak video where you can see the main rotor struck by the fire engine but it was the shock loading that caused the tail boom to be sheared and split off, not a police car. This then meant there was nothing to counteract the torque of the main rotors and sent it

Reminds me of Dos Gringos! Great songs by some Viper drivers!

How ironic! This very day I went to Kitty Hawk and walked the path the Wright brothers flew when they changed the world.

Advancing blade speed is one factor limiting forward speed. The Lynx managed to mitigate it using the BERP blades. (British Experimental Rotor Platform - I think).

Yup. Look at APFSDS rounds from tanks ricocheting as well - has to be seen to be believed!

Voltage load? Surely you mean current load. The bimetallic strip in the relay has less current through it so it doesn't heat up as much so it returns to rest quicker = faster blink rate. The voltage is the same.

I'm a pilot, jet pilot yeah! When I'm in the bar I wave my hands in the air!

Unless this place is self sufficient based off its own trading, it is being subsidised by the very people that they are trying to compete with. It will drive people out of business and then end up being the only gas station in town. Less taxes will be generated from gas sales so the town will end up having to raise

Awesome video.

GRRR. I need Flash player to view and I have an iPhone. Shame on you Apple.

I will look for this book. I would have seriously harmed myself to fly a Viper.

Minor point but the Syclone is the pickup and the Typhoon is the SUV.

If it's not got a turbine, it's not a real helicopter (just baiting the R22/44 guys :D)

I am glad they had fun but this is not as interesting as you advertised.

The guy basically did a long running landing/take off with some people a bit closer to him than you would normally expect.

There was no game. There was no excitement. Just a helicopter and some people nearby.

I am glad he did the safety inspection

Please could you report how much electricity it takes to charge the car, how much CO2 is emitted in producing the electricity that powers the car and therefore how much CO2 is produced per mile. Perhaps knowing how far the car can travel with no battery life would give the actual mpg the car delivers?

All these

This is basically what I am doing to my GMC Typhoon. Without the resources.

Two trucks didn't make a motorcycle sandwich. One motorcyclist made an ass of himself.

I thought he was going to be squeezed by the trucks in high winds or overtaking or by lack of awareness of the other lorry when changing lanes.

This biker is a tool and got his just desserts - he wasn't seriously harmed, thank God

This isn't funny and it's not a good example of British humour.
