It’s like when you see your ex happier with someone else.

Honestly, it’s giving me Spyker vibes, or maybe one of those futuristic concept vehicles from 2001. I WANT to like it, but I just can’t.

I mean, which junior higher WOULDN’T want their dad to show up in this puppy!

Wow. Even this slight adjustment makes vast improvements. It gives me retro E38 vibes.

To be honest, I never knew what it was exactly because one fender said F100, and one said F150, and it had a Chevy engine. It was a Frankenstein for certain.

Oh by far the 1978 ish Ford F150 Dump Truck we had at a camp I worked at. We affectionately called it dumpy. 1st gear was crawler gear, so it was almost useless. 2nd gear maxed out at 15mph or so, but 3rd gear... oh 3rd gear.

You had to “find” 3rd gear. You’d put the shifter into what you assumed was 3rd gear, let the

amazingly, tis not shopped...

It’s also very loud when you accidentally shear off the exhaust before the mufflers resulting in un-muffled V10...

I’ll jump in and defend the Suburban as well. Yes, it’s huge, but what other vehicle can transport 6+ adults AND all their stuff AND still tow a trailer? I mean, it’s maximum utility.

Dang! I had just as much fun with my 38hp or whatever measly amount it was.

As someone in America, I always get excited to see wagon versions of common cars. Wagons seems to be all over Europe, but we, here in the states, have so few wagons, so when I see an E-class wagon, I get excited.

At least.... switfter....

Fair. To be honest, my first car was an 85 2-door Sprint. It was the best car ever, other than the constant knowledge that I was driving a car that was less safe than a tin can.

Oh, all of you with your opulent, over-powered 4 cylinders.... I give you the...

CHEVY SPRINT TURBO!

Hill to die on? Well, the literal and automotive hill my 85 Chevy Sprint died on was somewhere in Orange County. It started over heating in the stop-n-go near Mission Viejo, so I got off, hoping to get more air in the car, but alas... there was a hill my automobile died on. I was not prepared.

Aesthetically, absolutely. Each have their advantages.

Yeah, the Spark was a bit cramped, but an awesome city car it made. Cross-state commuter? eh, not the best.

Hey now, I’ll be the first to say hell yeah to the small Chevys...but the Aveo?

Agreed! I do think a lot of the problem is just people who’ve never driven a twisty-turny two lane road on the edge of a cliff (noobs!) so I understand. And I understand if people want to take it slow... but it’s not cool to not use turn outs.

That used to be my daily commute... it was rough...
