Lame and ludicrous comment - GO TO YOUR ROOM UNTIL YOU CAN MAKE A VALID CRITISISM WORTHY OF A RESPONSE!!

Well, that’s good, right?

What a bunch of nonsense!!

I do too - I’ve had two Olds, a 1968 442 with 4 speed manual and 400 CI engine - drum brakes all around though - it took a LONG TIME and DISTANCE to get from 100-0.

Sure, but years ago when this happened, there were almost no CUV’s and the SUV’s of the time got atrocious fuel economy - I had two different 1975 MY cars years ago - El Camino - 250 ci 6, 3 on the tree, and Monarch 250 ci 6, auto 3 speed.

It was changed some years later

I forgot to mention that the requirement mentioned that the 90th percentile adult male was to be unbelted .... even more force required.

You’re clearly forgetting that newer CUV’s AND pickups get far better fuel economy than older models.

Joan Claybrook and her minions at the NHTSA were responsible for far more needless deaths and injuries than the Takata airbags or GM ignition switches.

Chicken law doesn’t apply to NAFTA countries.

Don’t even go there.

They haven’t ‘conquered’ any markets.

Actually, most EU OEM’s have gone with the J1772 once it was modified for fast charging

Two adults, two kids in car seats, their stroller, playpen, diaper bags, etc., etc., and groceries just don’t work.

Nope, a hatchback, CUV/SUV or minivan are needed for strollers, car seats, playpens, diaper bags, etc., etc., that a family needs.

Wow, where, exactly, do you see anything that inidicates ‘hate’ for anybody or any company?

Nah, it is only Musk’s ego that decided to make a proprietary charging network.

No, you don’t - a two hundred plus mile range for a second vehicle for most families precludes any need for a network of chargers.
