Now you can’t bring all that logic to these UAW haters, you know!

He’s working in an assembly plant, doing final inspection (note the white gloves).

Probably bought on GM’s dime, too.

Yeah, its likely about 80 degrees cooler there where this picture was taken.

I love it when someone who likely never even sat in a vehicle INSISTS they are right - I had a second gen Aurora for over five years!!

Actually, you’re wrong about the Aurora, or at least the second gen ones like I had.

Actually, you’re wrong about the Aurora, or at least the second gen ones like I had.

I hate to break it to you, as you seem to have an unfounded theory about American car designs, but every American car I have had in the last fifteen years or so had the driving or fog, lights turned on by pushing a button - momentary contact, latches the light on via SW.

Hey Mr. T -

Well he drives a Corolla, give him a break - he’s obviously not he sharpest stick in the pile!

Actually, there is a very reasonable reason for doing this.

Yep - most of those were designed and built before they became a reliability and maintenance nightmare - an example - there is a bracket on the engine - I don’t remember what was mounted on it, alternator or something - and they drilled the holes ALL THE WAY THROUGH the block!! Many of them end up leaking and the cost

You really think they look pretty close?

Again, this ‘Karfreek’ exhibits the same nonsense repeatedly - FYI, pointing out this kind of behaviour is not ‘attacking’ anyone.

There was no personal attack whatsoever - I just proved my point AND pointed out that he seems to spout this kind of nonsense pretty frequently.

Still don’t see a resemblence - and high schooler? Ha - I wish I was young enough that my kids were still in high school ...

The problem is that you don’t see many Mercedes (or BMW for that matter) of ANY model that is more than seven or eight years old - they get to the point where it just costs too much to keep them going.

I don’t think you understand their reasoning - to build the hybrid variant requires additional (read millions of dollars or Yuans or Euros or whatever) tooling to accommodate the driveline, battery packs, motors, etc. for a very low volume here- the Chinese government is putting huge incentives on hybrids and EV’s to

I just got a new car with Bose surround sound with eleven speakers - whatever you may have heard in them previously is gone now - I’m duly impressed.

In YOUR opinion only - and no, its not even CLOSE
