Yeah, I drove through Georgia, going through Atlanta during a mild flurry - the road was not icy at all, just minimally slippery - people were somehow finding a way to spin out, go in the ditch, smash into each other, or driving 5 mph.

Sometimes, when the conditions are right, 1 inch or less of snow is far worse than 6 inches - it can turn very quickly to black ice with traffic if not salted ...
