Its pretty dumb looking and not even well-executed either.

whoooooooo cares....

Seriously who cares? Just let them do their thing. No need to constantly pry into their private affairs.

Ours is a 2011 so its just now starting to get to that age where the plastics have outgassed enough to fade a bit. The ones on mine were starting to get a bit of have in the upper corners. So That’s when I started using the polish more often.

The better idea is to do something about them before they get to be so bad that you have to use sandpaper. Our 7 year old Chevy Volt’s lights still look pristine. Whenever I wax the car I also polish the lights using an actual plastic polish. The best IMHO is called NOVUS and has been around for years. I’ve found many

He seriously looks like he could play the role of penguin in a future batman movie.

What the fuck... no seriously. He specifically said in a number of interviews before the end of his last term that he intended to take it easy, and in his words- stop having to listen to himself talk. He is also a constitutional lawyer and has a high degree of respect for proper etiquette and protocol: He has

That’s why we bought a used Chevy Volt. During the work week we use no gas. If my wife takes the car hiking in the mountains no biggie as its still got a 4 banger in there once the 40 miles of battery drains.

L-L-L-Lame!!

Why doesn’t ford... you know... just make more GT’s? If the demand for the things is that high then clearly there is an opportunity to manufacture more of these cars.

“Combined”. Anyway, agreed- he is better at being a jackass than all of the previous presidents combined. That and his followers are more or less brainwashed lemmings...

Grandpa Simpson would be a massive improvement.

Ha ha ha.... Yeah... Bullshit

Another day and another instance where I’m reminded that the “president” is nothing more than a walking-talking collection of Fox news, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and the embodiment of general Murican’ redneckery all rolled into one.

You are preaching to the quire. I have a 23 year old Toyota Tacoma that has close to 300,000 miles and I’ll keep until the wheels fall off. I also own a 2011 Chevy Volt which has had zero problems and 110,000 miles so far and before that a 01' Prius ( the early ones that looked like a Nissan Sentra ) which was fine

Time will tell. While your friends have had bad luck with theirs I know a great many who simply love theirs and haven’t had any issues with them. Sure- Tesla has some major teething issues they need to sort out. I think another thing to remember is that look at who tends to buy these things: Wealthy rich tech nerds

I actually drove a model 3 several weeks ago. The fit and finish was not any different from other current cars I’ve either owned or driven. Not sure where this build quality argument came from but I failed to see evidence of there being poor build quality.

I have a 96' Tacoma- the small one like yours- and I bought it brand-new off the lot when I was in high school. I am now a 40 year old man with a house, wife and decent paying tech job. The truck now has close to 270,000 miles and on its 2nd clutch. Other then that? It just runs. I thought about buying a new Chevy

I can’t help but feel that its a shame that Ford, Chrysler and GM spend so much time and effort offering zillions of configurations and clever details on the full sized trucks and yet sort of ignore their small cars and sedans. Yes- I get it, those aren’t selling well so why bother?

I just don’t need a big truck. My 23 year old 4-banger Tacoma has done all the stuff I need for years. It’ll even haul a trailer I use to go to antique shows. Driving the new trucks is sort of a claustrophobic experience where I live, a small town in California with narrow streets.
