Well the good thing too is that used EVs are DIRT cheap. Bought mine used for 17k. Now they’re more like 8k. I’m waiting for the 2nd gen Volts to get “ used” enough to get cheap. I too charge at work and so its a really cheap form of transportation.

I was being a smartass earlier. Sorry. But anyway, I owned nothing but Toyotas for the first 20+ years of driving. Its not like Toyota is the benchmark of quality when it comes to their interiors but comparitively speaking the Volt I now own has a much higher overall fit and finish than the Prius it replaced. 100,000

Uh... how about no...

They make shittier plastic interiors in VWs... or whatever that crappy red car you have pictured in your avatar...

As far as I’m concerned Trump is on his way to getting impeached. I never took his presidency seriously and have had no respect for him or his admin. At this point the best thing for the country will be for his chosen party, the GOP to get this over with. Impeach and install Pence- whom might be even worse since he’s

I was a 100% Toyota guy before buying a used Volt. I’ve been really impressed with the car and after 100,000 miles its been reliable and barely shows any wear. I’ll probably trade it in on a used 2nd gen Volt next year after the leases on those starts to end and the lots get filled with them.

I know and its sort of an unspoken truth. The V6 Camry is an undisguised sleeper.

Oh god. I ate shit all the time as a kid. I grew up in the rural south which meant that everything was battered and fried in lard. We would go to my grandmother’s house once a week and eat fried chicken, fried fish, various mayonnaise-infused casseroles and then for desert giant bowls of ice cream.

The Bolt is actually selling really well these days after a somewhat slow start. If I were to buy a full on EV I’d probably go with the Bolt mainly because getting parts or service is going to be a hell of a lot easier. But of course the name “Chevy” has baggage attached and a lot of people still think theymake Chevy

5.6 seconds isn’t really anything to sneeze at. The V6 Honda Accord sport has a 0-60 time of 6.5 seconds for example.

I suppose its people such as yourself to thank each time I need to work on my vehicles. Whether its my Tacoma or Chevy Volt or even my brother’s old Avalon its clear from my experiences doing things like removing bumper shells, fixing interior bits and pieces, disconnecting wiring or even changing the oil that the

I’m not sure. I drove on it maybe 8 years ago. Actually my wife and I are thinking of going up that way this weekend. I remember seeing some sort of vehicle carcass the last time we drove it though...

Oh- and cows too. One time we were driving along through there and lo and behold a whole herd of dairy cows were crossing the road.

Oh gawd... I’d have to agree. That road is so damned narrow and yet you’ll always see some big RV or camper working its way through it too.

Yes- its a very pretty road. But jesus some parts of it are scary as hell. I don’t reccomend it for anyone who might be scared of heights. Many parts lack guardrails too.

Tell us something we don’t know: a LOT of the Trump admin consists of pitiful excuses of humanity. Even if Trump is impeached we will still be stuck with a bunch of assholes running the country for some 3.75 years.

Oooh! I forgot about that!

I kind of don’t care. Trump will probably be impeached at some point anyway.

1st gear: who cares? Haven’t they been saved like 10 times already?

I’ve seen a total of ONE of these cars and this is in the Bay Area where if someone’s going to buy some weird, quirky Italian car its going to happen. Something tells me they missed the mark with this one.
