And no matter what, dipshit wing nutters will make this into a story. Did you not read the fucking article? Ford specifically said that their decision had nothing to do with Trump. Get it? Probably not.

I do have something imporant to say. You’re a troll and a fool. History is not kind to fools.

The decision had NOTHING to do with trump or his Presidency and so your comment is null and void. “good things” aren’t “already happening”- as if Trump waved his hand and Ford made this decision. They even said as much...

You seem to be making contradictory statements. That A, they should be held “accountable” for their choice, and B, that they are “OK” with Trump.

Ford said this had nothing to do with Trump. But Trump will ( I am willing to bet ) claim it was all his idea...

Just because there are those who didn’t go out and vote doesn’t automatically mean they are Trump supporters.

Only 20% of the US population voted for Trump. Far from the majority. The protest against this admin will be unreal. That Trump’s approval ratings post election are lower than for any other president-elect is indeed very foretelling.

He’s nothing more than a lucky idiot who just so happened to have been born into wealth. Had he been just another Joe Shmoe the guy would be flipping burgers or maybe at best a shift manager somewhere.

Is that what your mother says to you after you eat your own excrement?

The issue with your comment is that its not as black and white and as simplistic as you are alluding to. Pick a car. Any car. For that matter, a TV set, mobile phone, PC, or even shampoo and orange juice. All of those items are comprised of global components and assembled in any number of countries including the US.

Ironic isn’t it? The GOP, which has for years brayed about “gubbermint staying out of business” has now chosen a lunatic whom seems all too happy to inject himself into business. This is outright pathetic. He has no fucking clue what he’s talking about and in turn he is simply going to hurt those business transactions

Go away troll...

First of all, its spelled “ Imbreeding”. But I’ll take your “imbreading” comment just the same since I guess that means we in my family trade bread amongst ourselves.

First of all, I am from the South, so nice of you to say.. “son”, because usually that means you’re about to say something to me that indicates you are full of shit. So I get it.

Before you continue to accuse me of making up conspiracy theories I’s suggest you research what I said. The Americans for Prosperity organization, the Koch brothers as well as the Tea Party and the influence the aforementioned parties I mentioned had with it. You call it a “conspiracy”. Don’t be lazy. Read about it.

The Volt’s battery degrades less rapidly than the Leaf’s because unlike the Leaf, which air cools the battery the Volt’s is liquid cooled. That makes a huge difference. Prior to this we had a 2002 Prius. when we traded it in it was 9 years old. The battery was still holding up well. I suspect the batteries in Volts

What appeals to me about it is that not only could I actually afford it but that its got enough range to be more like... a “real” car.

Understood. Believe it or not I’m not exactly super liberal myself. I’m more of a fiscal conservative. Its the socially conservative ideas that seem to permeate the GOP that has turned me off of that party. If they were to come back around to being more about fiscal over social I’d perhaps entertain the idea of voting

And the irony is that if he did ( which he won’t ) bring those jobs back, I bet his supporters would whine and complain about the cost of everything rising. Oh no! Now they can’t go buy some piece of shit 50" flat screen TV to stick in their trailer home for $200 anymore! Boo hoo!

Yup. I’m now waiting for the “new” volts to get cheap enough to trade this one in. Its pretty amazing how cheap this car has been to own so far. 80,000 miles and 2 oil changes, it seems to barely use the brake pads, and since I charge at work, barely any “fuel” costs either. I just sort of wish the current Volt had
