I grew up in deep, rural Tennessee, have lived in TX, MA, and NM. So I’ve been around, so sorry man, I kinda dig it here. BTW, I flew into Dallas this last summer. It was seriously 110 degrees at the airport. Holy shit. I bought a home here too. Its literally 1 block from the ocean too. Oh- and if I want to go snow

Toilet Duck!

And I will discount that appology by not appologizing.

Yeah except we are running a budget surplus these days.

We don’t wear rose colored glasses. They aren’t good enough for the sunshine we need to deal with. But thanks for the suggestion.

I lived in Boston. The cold weather was TERRIBLE. I mean it actually hurt to go outside for several months out of the year due to the cold. Damp hair froze almost immediately. Texas is ok in parts. As in Austin is ok but it also get 100+ degree temps regularly from Spring-Summer.

Donno because I don’t have kids so I don’t care..... LULULLLLZZZZZ!!!

I already know what it is. You see, since full size truck sales are once again all the rage, it seems likely that we would possibly see a repeat of the 90's and the return of utterly “Uge!” SUVs with huge sounding names. It will probably be called the “Mount Everest” and simply be a school bus jacked up on large

Texas is texas and NY is a cold hellhole for 6 months of the year. Whoopee.

Except we are running a budget surplus. That was true in 2008. This is 2016.

Whenever I hear of people bringing up our problems, the images that pop in my head are of A: Someone in Ohio stepping out on their lawn on probably about 75% of the year and beholding the shitty weather they will deal with that day and then someone like me, who steps out on the lawn to sunny weather in my t-shirt. In

We are actually now running at a large surplus at Jerry Brown has been smart enough in setting up a huge rainy day fund. The reason California has as much of a strong economy is there is a gigantic amount of venture capital here and that in turn is the engine that starts a LOT of companies, some of whom fail, others

They are.

Very highly.

Thank you for proving my point: We make a shit-ton of money. Get over yourself X2

Interesting since we’re also the world’s 7th largest overall economy and make more of the country’s money than pretty much the rest of the 49 states combined. I know because around 30% of my taxes go bye-bye and probably to other “less troublesome” states.

Look... I love Bob Lutz like the next car nut... but seriously? Its a bit sad for me to see this and the previous car, which for all the talent behind it smells like kit car rather than a new product.

Please explain the wonderful “technology” these cars possess. The use 4 stroke gas engines stuck to a gear box. Is there something I’m unaware of?

This design has the same issues that the last version did: there is zero passion. It’s pretty generic looking. That and once again nice in some ways but pretty crap-gastric in others. Example: those 12 volt outlets look like they came out of a truck.

Nope. Because Pretty much all cute little sports cars from Italian and British manufactures if that period are mechanical nightmares.
