Right? It looked like Dorothy was heading for a violent end, and then we get the swerve of CC getting his just deserts and we felt relieved. I fully expected Dorothy to get it in the finale, but the offscreen death and the maggot-riddled corpse was so much worse than actually seeing her get killed.
