This actor simply crushes it in whatever scene he is in. Was very annoyed about Mr Robot death.

Bobby Fish actor man is about three acting levels above our hero. He absolutely nails every line.

Despite its rep, there are some really strong, grown up episodes in series 7. The effects of the death on Picard and Worf in Lower Decks are just really well done for genre scifi. Dorn really seemed to get better and better as an actor as TNG continued.

So much fail in this episode:
* limp brother revelation: Diamondback doing all of this because he's sad about daddy loving Luke more?
* ludicrous police brutality
* Diamondback somehow shooting Misty who had a gun on him
* Goons spraying hall with automatic fire

That episode really went in a fascinating unexpected direction when Shades visited Mariah. I expected cookie cutter threat dialogue, but revealing their history and his genuine admiration for the women of her family…

It's not bad but so many of the effects looked really cheap with the lighting all wrong as well. Did they just have too many effects shots to finish properly?
