Costco is now selling dedicated computer glasses, which I use religiously. I was reluctant to get them until my wife tried them and absolutely loved them. Now, I love mine and will never wear my regular bifocals while on a computer or reading. The Costco prescription computer glasses are absolutely amazing.

If you have a Costco near, and their membership, I would recommend talking to them about their computer lenses. I use bifocals, too, but the computer lenses have a larger bifocal area on the bottom and less transition effect if you switch from one thing to another. I like them so much that I wear them almost

I answered yes to the poll because I wear prescription glasses with bifocals, as does my wife. A while back when my wife was getting new glasses after her prescription was updated, the Costco folks recommended she get a pair of computer glasses. Since she's on the computer all day for her job, she thought she would

Did you enter the code in the entry area on the game?

My friends and I were geocaching before this game came out. Now we've combined both activities while we're out and it's a blast.

Congrats on the level 5, unless you're Enlightened. If you are, you can go back to the pit of hell from whence you came. As a level 8, I would crush you and laugh in your face. Unless, of course, you're Resistance. If so, you rock, and keep on hacking them portals.

Enlightened? You have no idea you're being used for the destruction of humanity. If you were in my area, as a level 8, I would pwn your lower level portals and laugh at your futility. ;-)

The game is slowly evolving, as is the story around Ingress. The game is really meant to be played cooperatively with other players of your faction. In fact, the only way to make really strong portals and get some of the higher level equipment is by teaming up with other players of your faction.

I'm a level 8, yet I keep playing. Everyone is different, I guess. I have my "home turf" area and I'm loathe to let anything but resistance own portals around me. I'll go out of my way to bust a green portal. Also, there's a strong rumor that level 8 will not be the final level.

I remember reading about a study a while back where they went back to old records from phone companies and compiled that data with accident statistics. The old phone records were back when many companies had unlimited minutes after 7pm, or 9pm, or something like that. They realized that many people would wait until

And putting on their makeup while eating breakfast and smoking a cigarette.

Large lungs do help, obviously, but it also helps to have a higher amount of red blood cells. I watched the TED talk recently by Blaine about his training for the world record, but I don't remember him saying anything about increasing red blood cell count. It's a fascinating talk, and well worth a listen.

That's seriously, very cool. I like how you did that with the Sugru. I had a pair of Sony headphones just like that. I think they lasted a month, possibly two, before one of the earbuds stopped working. They sounded great until then. I need to do something like this. Thanks!

I can't think of too many activities which can be more destructive to the human body than recreational running. I see people in my town running all the time, and I shake my head. I'm not talking about kids. I'm talking about grown adults. Still, even for younger people, running can be terribly destructive. The

Is that an Altoid tin in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?

I checked out 2 surplus stores in my area. The smaller store had it priced at $54, while the larger store had it priced at $52. I should have purchased it online and saved some money, but I had the bag in my hands and money in my pocket. The only other bag I've looked at was the Maxpedition Monsoon. I'm a sucker

Thanks! It really is a great bag. After just over a week of carrying it, I absolutely love it. I wanted a Maxpedition, but I'm extremely pleased to have saved all that money AND found a bag that meets or exceeds the Maxpedition variant. You can find them at Army surplus stores, but you'll get a much better deal

Navy vet, here, and there's nothing too wrong about being a little biased. It is a terrific bag. I've been using mine for a week now, and I'm loving it.

It's a great bag, and yes, the price point alone makes this a steal over the Maxpedition version. I've had mine a week now and I'm loving it.

I just started using a Condor EDC bag, and love it, so far. In my opinion, it has a few things the Maxpedition doesn't have, and it's far cheaper. If you want a messenger type bag with military grade durability, look no further. It's an excellent EDC, or go bag.
