You need to build a new PC, obviously. :P I jest, of course. TFC and TF2 are very different games. You should check out Fortress Forever, it just hit steam.

Reminds me a lot of The Ship, but more open-ended.

/r/warframe is a great place for new players. It's a shame I didn't discover in until I was about 100 hours in.

All versions of source SDK were released for free when TF2 went Free-to-play.

Reliant and exclusively dependent are two different things. Yes, VRAM is the same as ordinary RAM save for some different optimization. Yes you can render without a dedicated GPU, though you'd be putting a lot more strain on the CPU, and in this day and age a dedicated GPU happens to be the industry standard, as it

B) adding another example is strawmanning? Yeah, sure. You've clearly lost on this point.

B) again, look up the development cycle for Goldeneye and Banjo-Kazooie, nintendo had little if any creative input. Same goes for Conker. Supplying funding and staff is not creative input, it's supplying resources.

B) have you even looked at the development of Banjo-Kazooie or Goldeneye? Nintendo had little if any bearing on what happened with those games.

B) Rare and Retro were both second party studios, I think you need to look again.

I think people tend to exaggerate what Miyamoto and the tea table means. Most of the time when a game is that far indev, a seemingly small change can actually take a very long time. Coding, modelling, drawing up new textures...it's not easy. Miyamoto's influence is rarely if ever that authoritative, either.

Largely games from second-party studios, and you're exaggerating. a lot. Dinosaur planet was nowhere near done, and many of these other games were rebuilt for new hardware, something many other game companies have done in the past. IE: Star Fox 2>Star Fox 64, KI2>KI Gold, Goldeneye>Goldeneye etc. Star Fox on the

Try the SkyMayBe WAD.

Just so you know, the "Ultimate" version's bonus chapter is largely skippable, as its really just a challenge mode. Same goes for Final Doom and Doom II Master Levels.

It's supposed to be weak. Doom wants you to look for something better.

I put doom on a stick and started playing it with Zandronum/Brutal doom whenever I get bored and there's a PC around.

That's brilliant.

Nah, they both have to die in a fire.
